Power Check

Controller at RTU-3 is unresponsive. Track down the fault using a multimeter.

Sensor Check

A sensor is reporting a bad value. Open circuit, short, drift, or config mismatch?

Actuator Check

A damper actuator is not moving. Is it the signal, the power, or the actuator itself?

BACnet Check

A controller dropped off the MS/TP network. Find the communication fault.

AHU Not Economizing

Conditions look right but the outside air damper will not open. Dig into the BAS points.

Zone Temperature Off Setpoint

A zone is consistently too hot or too cold. Work through setpoint, sensor, airflow, and sequence.

A controller wired per submittal. Verify every input, override every output, and test the safeties. Today everything checks out. Do not expect that in the field.

Open wiresheet with a live sim engine. Add blocks, wire them up, hit Run.

Rooftop Unit Control with Economizer

RTU sensor inputs and relay outputs are pre-wired. Build the fan, economizer, cooling, and heating sequence. Test against a simulated day.
