Field-Ready sets one cookie: a session token required to keep you logged in after authenticating through Memberful. This is a strictly necessary cookie — without it the service cannot function. It contains no personal information beyond an encrypted session identifier and is deleted when you sign out or your session expires. We do not set advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. Our analytics provider (Vercel) does not use cookies; it derives anonymized visit counts server-side without storing anything on your device. We also use browser localStorage to save functional preferences such as your display theme and lesson progress. This data stays on your device, is never transmitted to our servers, and is used solely to make the platform work correctly. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

8. International Data Transfers

Field-Ready is operated from the United States. If you access the platform from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We take steps to ensure that any such transfers are protected in accordance with applicable law.

9. Children's Privacy

Field-Ready is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
